This is a basic spaceplane with: 1)Ability to carry 21kL (<100t I guess ) in Atmo, very useful for hauling missions. 2)Low sustention speed and good maneuverability 3)Good space autonomy (an hour at full thrust) 4)Bad atmospheric autonomy(relatively. Full thrust will give you 700 km/h and ~1SU of flight. Can be increased by increasing your height or lowering the speed) 5)Good brakes 6)Maneuver engines for parking (thrust forward and sideways). Those have a separate fuel tank, so if you run out of fuel, just land and pump out of here. Elements: Most of them are basic and can be crafted in your backpack (exceptions are: container hub, M atmo-engine, cockpit, ECU and some decorative materials like luminescent glass) HUD: I'm using Albatross custom HUD for it's simplicity and height managing options (useful for hauling... just hit Alt-3 and you can leave it flying forward at set height). Cons are fuel displays: 50% means that you have run out of fuel for main engines...And only maneuver engines are left. RDMS: didn't touch it at all. Perfect ship for quick, small deliveries, rescue missions, market shopping and running Aphelia missions (including your favourite Ailerons mission). It is fast and cheap to maintain. Start at .GearsRace and target .CenterCross : Takeoff 2. Fly towards .CenterCross but use alt-6 to set your altitude 3. When .GearsRace is 1.3 SU the race is half over 4. When distance .GearsRace decreases to 1.2 SU alt-4 to adjust heading 5. Switch back to altitude control with alt-6 6. If traveling at 7000-7500 kmph @ 4100m align target alt-5 at about 45 km from .GearsRace 7. Align target will reduce altitude and speed so that you can proceed to final approach 8. Alt-4 to target .GearsRace and complete the race. My personal best is a little over 7m 35sec. This is an adrenalin filled ride as you try to manage the commands and adjust the throttle to stay on the edge of stability. Find Gearss online for free buffs to maximum performance. The AGS Meridian II is a M core workhorse for all your general purpose needs, and it has been completely re-worked since launch. Check out the all new interior, complete with a docking bay for two racers (because who doesn't want to be involved in Race Night?). 4L and 1M containers, with additional space for scrap and cells, plus two dispensers in the lobby.
