This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

"Techo Advance" is a luxury villa, complete with various unique voxel elements, like cooker, pots & pans, shield art, weapon displays, and so much more. It also has a personnel elevator at the entrance to the villa which acts as a permanent barrier when not in use. Lastly, a vault door to secure your most valuable possessions! For the interior there is a fully kitted kitchen with fridge, countertops, cooker and two basin sinks. Dining, lounge, meeting, cinema and bar all beautifully designed with ancient artefacts! At daytime a fairly normal looking tower, but at night it seems to be burning. 5,000,000 quanta for a batch of 8 blueprint copies. Dispenser is in the penthouse underneath the landing pad in the top of the tower. Deploying strategy: 1. deploy the base core 2. deploy the North core, then the East, then the South and then the West core 3. deploy the first floor on the base core 4. deploy the second floor on the first floor 5. the second floor bp copy is DRM free so you can mulitply it to make your Lotus tower higher 6. deploy the top floor on the final second floor core NOTE! Possible problems: while connecting the North, East, South and West cores to the base core you may have to remove glass panels from the base (4 in the center) and then place them back when the core is placed. Looking for an affordable mining platform that has plenty of space so you dont have to worry about making frequent hauling trips! Look no further. 3CS Brings you the affordable, XS Core mining platform that supports up to 4 mining units connected to 1 L container. This platform was designed with early release in mind, so many of the bells and whistles have been stripped down to just the essentials. While this version does not have the multi-container monitoring screen, this version still comes with the mining unit monitor screen for keeping tabs on the mining unit status at ease. For even easier usage, attach a pressure plate and relay to the programing board and screen to turn on/off, which will reset the PB status and show updated stats. For an even cheaper deployment, change out the honeycomb for anything you may already have in stock!
