12 Large (static) core runway 2x6. full built with skirt runway is all at the top of the cores so can make skirt taller if desired to put stuff under it. BP dispenser located on Alioth at ---> ::pos{0,2,24.6416,120.5044,3.8850} That building is in an L Core. I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know! VR "VO Factory Sales" Materials cost on the market was about 6 mil. The cost of BP is $6 mil and that includes me deploying it. You can supply materials and i supply BP and deployment and you just pay me $6mil or i supply everything and you pay $12 mil. The price includes x3) Basic Containers L per section (x9 total). THIS Does Not Include Mining Units. Tri Hex Mining Structure allows you to mine from 3 hexes in 1 building. Equipped with a Surrogate Pod, VR and Motion for container hub. Has Landing pad design ontop with elevator access to main floor. Set up to x8 MUs on each section and room for more if needed. Has Hideaways for up to 10 L containers for each section. I do not have a setup to show anyone step by step. I have this set for token deployment only due to the hard to get ppl to understand the setup. I can place it way faster than the time to walk anyone thru the process.

Featuring a small waiting area with 2 dispensers for fuel or other goods, 4 Large basic miners, An industrial themed interior and a roof top seating area. The Dune Dwellers of Haven have perfected harvesting the planets resources with their specialized Mining Silo's. Designed with a Basic Container M & 4x Mining Unit L's, this resource facility can store up to 7 days worth of resources for a single weekly haul. Over 80kL of ore storage! Calibration can be done via the platform deck in RPG style, or for those seeking efficiency through the bottom where the ore will calibrated ore will spawn. Looking up from the bottom you can see the machinery in action as it chews up the ore being extracted from the dunes below.
