All stats are given with 0 talents, so they can only get better. Token purchases will be bumped to a minimum of level 4 talents on atmospheric and space flights and cargo. Development Background: It was a cold November night at the annual Invictus exhibition when serendipity made the paths of the CEO of Serenity Shipyards cross with those of the main heads of Origin Jumpworks and Crusader Industries.
