The DBI SPLASH (Space Capable Light Atmospheric Scanning Hauler) is an efficient scanning vessel for those players looking to get in to scanning. This Small Core ship comes equipped with a single Basic Container Large and enough power to move it when fully loaded. As a Space-capable model of the LASH-1, the SPLASH is well equipped to efficiently scan across the Helios system. Scan tiles, harvest surface ore to pass the time, and move along to the next scan site. Even if you don't find that T3 ore site, you won't be coming back empty handed! If you're not scanning, the single large container allows you to utilize the ship as a handy market runner or flower harvester! Working out the token price finished! 450t out of atmo with good pilot skills (limited by basic engines) 990T out of atmo with upgrades to engines, then its a high altitude lift limit the ship comes with a damage report script and my custom revamp of the default flight script which hides docking and radar widgets and introduces a brake toggle. It handles well, flies true, stops on a dime, and carries a crazy amount. Easily carries 1.5Kt off of Alioth and I almost got 2Kt with the 10 Maneuver Atmo engines and 4 Maneuver Space Engines. Reentry with 2.5Kt is a breeze with plenty of braking power. Plenty of interior space and access to almost all of the elements from inside. Cargo is 4 Container L's with 716Kl of storage. Shiny, reliable, efficient.....it's still my favorite ship to use! Warp capable and only 30cells Alioth to Madis with empty cargo. The discovery has been my daily driver since beta, it's never let me down. This ship can easily take twenty kilotons out of Alioth's atmosphere. It has twelve large containers and two mediums. The Discovery is an M Core and can haul several smaller ships on her deck. You could put extra containers on the deck as well or just using it as a working platform. This particular ship is the hauler version they're all so is a courier version available. 25 million for the blueprint I think is fair for everything this ship can accomplish.
