My first Sanctuary Structure and probably the only structure, which I have actually used that I will share here. This is because I like to make underground structures and they just look like boxes from the outside. I designed it with a landing pad, public hatch to allow people into what I imagined would be a store when I build it and a private elevator to allow me quick access to the interior, that is locked away from the public. Inside I have a few decorations, separate shower and toilet and one bedroom. Also have below that, what is now a store room but did start out as a factory room. Technically the images are showing the top of a Large static core but I liked the roof so much I recreated it (transferred it) to the large core when I swapped out the XS core (and S core I was using as a factory under, Under Snowy). So basically the reason I am sharing this is the landing pad on top and windows peaking out over the ground surface. Note Snowy is what I called my sanctuary tile because it has some snow in some places. I picked the tile because I wanted to see what the map was showing. It turned out the map was accurately depicting the snowy areas.

Modern, spacious and affordable accommodation. The balcony style condo is designed to provide plenty of open plan areas for showing off your decorations and trophies, while still being able to segregate areas for certain tasks. The balcony of the 2nd floor provides a great cover for several personal speeders, protecting against casual collisions and weather, should the environment be a little rough. Built on the lowest of the constructs grid structure, this spacious condo provides ample opportunity for further expansion upwards, should the new owners wish to add on a 3rd floor. This is a one large core showroom, one big open space with viewing balcony this was made from the panel showroom kit, has small enternace and large enterance and has a flat roof for easy parking, comes with detailed panel flooring and sign space to add lettering/logo, i havnt placed any glass panels in this building as i see no point as they are totally clear now, they lost there blue tint in last update, you can get complete honeycomb kit aswell at my location for easy hassle free deployment when placing its 1 click down if your stood on another cores voxel when you deploy the blueprint, no need to do the 1 click down if your standing on the ground and the small enterance is facing you when you deploy the blueprint any other questions please dm me on discord loaded#2378
