Czar industries is Proud to present a new line of progression ships for newer players. Reasonably priced, easy to build and all with great functionality. The Praefect is an entry level xs-core ship to move goods between planets and moons. Based on a scalable design, this ship provides decent cargo, good handling and efficient use for the player just getting into space travel. Good thrust at 2.1g on Alioth, 78t weight means getting up to around 80-100t off Alioth shouldn't be much of a problem. 6 Container S with a container hub provide good cargo capabilities of 48KL base and bringing moon ore back with 14g of brake force means an easy and safe reentry. Alien vessel that looks like "The Whirlpool" collectible or is it the other way around? Did someone make a collectible item after this amazing alien vessel? It's capable of anti-gravity hovering and has hidden elements, apart from AGG and top elevator that is sticking out a bit, so that you can go back inside! It's almost as long as L core allows, bit shorter, maybe 95% of L core lenght. 20x L atmo engines (8x freight, 12x maneuver) 3x XL space engines (2x maneuver, 1x freight) 20x L containers (room for many more!) most of interior is empty, so you can put whatever you like in there. you can hide entire dsat in the middle part, without it sticking out. aim it towards the engines, so bottom of dsat is against engines. however wings and engines will be problematic if you want to keep them hidden. Tested with 8kt and it had no problems lifting it, however low altitude lift was barely enough, so if you want to lift more than 8kt off the ground, then you need to add some hovers or replace some hovers with vboosters as they give more lift. it's not meant to pickup cargo from ground tho, that's why it has AGG for. If you want it to carry even more, then you can add downwards engines, there's plenty of room for that. you should be able to put at least 30 L-size downwards engines on it.

It may not look pretty, but it get's your stuff done, and with grace you won't expect from this brute. It can haul up and over 2 kilotons of your stuff up to space from Alioth with a bit of a seasoned pilot, all in a neatly packed optimised XL container. It uses 8 large atmos engines to do that, I personally love the advanced maneuver versions but you could get more done with different if you prefer. It has enough brakes to safely land with your stuff but some caution is advised because it is not meant to bob up and down on it's boosters with 600 KL of hematite weighing down in it's belly. For your convenience it is equipped with a warp core, a resurrection node and a VR pod for when you feel a bit bored. Sweet bumper sticker. No toilet. Careful when flying empty, at full thrust it will incinerate itself into a crisp right after the engines warm up (2 seconds). To prevent accidental deaths and warranty returns, the ship comes equipped with Arch Hud and set to a max atmos speed of 1200 km/s. It's large fuel tanks can take you on a complete tour of Alioth and it's solar system without refueling. A separate container system can hold your warp cells, scraps for accidental scratches and a couple of litres of fuel. On top of all of that it comes with some handy conveniences like 60.000 lumen landing lights to see what you are doing on the surface when landed, if has two laser guidance beams that only come on during flight to save batteries and has all round navigation lights so no space-nub will accidentally rear-end you. Can be turned off for... I don't know. but you can. A colossal amount of work went into making it - about 600 hours - most of it spent on voxels (back when we didn't have the vertex precision tool and we had to modify voxels through arcane methods called 'Voxelmancy'). It has a detailed and pleasant interior and a carefully sculpted outer hull. The Vector also has excellent engineering. It's narrow; less that 400m² forward cross section, allowing it to reach speeds greater than 1600kmh in atmo (if you don't mind a few things exploding). It can haul a substantial amount of cargo; designer testing has achieved 1g escape with 5kt of cargo in the standard basic engines model (with maxed buffs and piloting talents). With higher tier military engines, it can lift up to 8kt for a skilled pilot. Volume capacity is 2.3ML(12 L containers), with external attach points for six additional L containers, allowing expansion up to 3.45ML with only a minor increase in forward cross section. The ship also has a strong and balanced adjustor profile, a small hangar for speeders, and a spacious tech bay to add role-specific elements such as a DSAT, large shield, or AGG. I tried to make the best M-core I possibly could, and I'm proud of the Vector.
