The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

Originally called the 'Fortress Refinitorius' in Beta, this Star Wars Inspired build was quite fun to put together. Suited for many terrains or off-shore, this themed mining platform makes a great personal HQ/factory as well. putting big L core stations together is fine but when you want to break up the monotony, give this connector module a whirl. Still an L core but a little smaller to add some depth to your modular stations. In the process of moving, blueprints are available to Kosmos Exchange. It's Honeycomb...in space! No longer will you need to make element only ships deep in space, put some voxels on it and style that thing up! PvPers, come on, put a skin on that naked hot dog you're shooting with. You can even dress it up as an actual hot dog with the right voxels at your fingertips. Factory is built on my Fidget station technology and features T1-T3 honeycombing capabilities. Easy to use LUA control for the honeycomb machines (html needs to be enabled for T3 due to a technical issue with Aerogics honeycomb script so using SilverZero's older script that still works like a champ).
