MC Industries presents the Basic Platform S, a multi-purpose S core platform that is designed for low cost and maximal utility while presenting a heavy-duty industrial aesthetic reminiscent of offshore drilling platforms. The tall pillars upon which the platform rests allows for the most flexibility for placement on uneven terrain with minimal terraforming, that a small core would allow. Only tier1 materials are used, so it could be deployed quite soon after launch. It can easily be used as a remote mining platform. Six openings in the floor allow mining beams to penetrate and the raised platform allows plenty of room for ore to spawn beneath the mining units for easy collection. The interior features a display stand with space for two large transparent screens and shelves for placing container hubs, programming boards, detection zones and all the other elements needed to support mining and factory LUA applications. There is enough space for 10 Container L inside, plus the mining units and even a few industry units for ore or fuel refining. The roof of the structure can be used as a landing pad for small craft with a ladder providing access. If you don't want the mining unit holes in the floor, a simple copy-paste operation can be done to replace them with a floor segment that is solid. Though the photos show some elements placed, the blueprint is supplied without any elements. Just voxels. You can grow and expand the amenities like LUA and larger containers as Noveans manufacturing capabilities expand after launch. This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

Warp Cell Cube Design inspired by the famous Mario Bros Warp Cube, this XS Core is packed to the bone with industrial machines and design to have a production capacity of 520 warp cells per day, needing only to feed with the 10 ores required for warp cell production, Pure Hydrogen and the 6 schematics needed for warp cell production. Features: - Capacity: 520 warp cells per day with moderate T1/T2 production talents - Feeds from Ores and Hydrogen, so no need for additional machines (refiners e.g.) - Easy setup: when powered on, all machines will be calibrated to produce the right amount of intermediate products to feed into the 16 Glass furnaces for Warp Cell production - Easy maintenance: elaborate monitoring screen, showing the status of each (sub)assembly being produced as well as the inventory levels of the Ores, blueprints and Hydrogen. - Token available on request, please do expect some time needed for the production of the machines - Support during setup on request (although should work straight from the box) No more need for giant setups for warp cell manufacturing! This is a vaguely Asian themed walled palace. The lower hallways of the wall are large enough to accommodate expanded XXL containers. Just push them into the floor a bit. The base is designed to be pushed into uneven terrain, but it would be trivial to add a floor and use it as a large basement.
