Many times the design for a ship doesn't need to be complicated to be effective and efficient! The Broken Arrow utilizes a sleek traditional shape and clever positioning for elements resulting in an impressive performance for the ship size. 5 small containers provide an excellent hauling capacity (space to add 2 more for 7 total) - she'll carry more than double her own weight in cargo with power to spare and low cost parts mean this ship won't break the bank if you happen to ding into anything during your adventures. FAST- because the weight is low this ship will do around 50k depending on skills and cargo. LOW COST- Uses basic engines all around (1L Atmo, 4M Space) keep the maintenance and fuel extremely low. This was my 'day one' ship, and still preferred daily choice. MISSION RUNNER SPECIALIST: This setup makes a fantastic mission runner ship for the 'Aileron Parts 180k' run. (Round Trip in 9 Min) . With a few pilot skills this missile can climb straight to space at 90 deg from standstill... is very lightweight so will stop on the dime or pull out of dives very easily. Use the 'Boom and Zoom' technique to loop down onto the mission turn-in before bouncing back up into space. Also makes a hilariously fun kamikaze ship for obvious reasons as well. *Ship Inspiration: One of those movies you watch about a hundred times as a kid, Broken Arrow (1996). Featured a unique plot where an air force colonel tries to steal a nuclear bomb. *Specifications listed reflect upgrades made AFTER initial ship/skills deployment. The Apollo is a highly efficient and versatile cruiser. The narrow cross section (455m2) enables a larger payload because of less atmo drag. Capable of 5kt cargo lift depending on engines installed, talents and pilot skill. Ensure a soft, plane like landing to avoid overloading the vertical boosters if landing heavy. There is a spacious cargo area that can be outfitted to suit the mission. The standard loadout is 7 L containers, 3 more can be added alongside a M shield to fill the hub capacity if required. The interior is spacious and has crew quarters for the captain, a dedicated resurrection chamber and passenger seating. A landing pad is available at the rear of the ship for shuttles or fighter escorts, as the Apollo is an M core, up to S core size can be docked. The Apollo is designed for everyday use, it has a playful flight profile, is efficient enough to pop to the market for a few items but powerful enough to make those large mission runs or asteroid trips too.

The sabre A ship first made in beta and now completely overhauled with extra engines and voxel-work. It is a versatile ship that is made for scanning on every planet. It can easily take of from Alioth with basic pilot skills with 200T. i personally took 260T off Alioth with my basic pilot. After the scanning is done, the ship is perfect for hauling ore back from other planets and warping. Able to warp 400T of thades, teoma and jago and warping home for only about 75 warp cells. Perfect for the higher tier ore mining. Cost 24 warp cells to warp to jago fully fueled no cargo. Also good to know the ship is made with all basic engines which makes it pretty cheap to build. Keep in mind that the stats are given with high pilot skills and boosts. This is a basic spaceplane with: 1)Ability to carry 21kL (<100t I guess ) in Atmo, very useful for hauling missions. 2)Low sustention speed and good maneuverability 3)Good space autonomy (an hour at full thrust) 4)Bad atmospheric autonomy(relatively. Full thrust will give you 700 km/h and ~1SU of flight. Can be increased by increasing your height or lowering the speed) 5)Good brakes 6)Maneuver engines for parking (thrust forward and sideways). Those have a separate fuel tank, so if you run out of fuel, just land and pump out of here. Elements: Most of them are basic and can be crafted in your backpack (exceptions are: container hub, M atmo-engine, cockpit, ECU and some decorative materials like luminescent glass) HUD: I'm using Albatross custom HUD for it's simplicity and height managing options (useful for hauling... just hit Alt-3 and you can leave it flying forward at set height). Cons are fuel displays: 50% means that you have run out of fuel for main engines...And only maneuver engines are left. RDMS: didn't touch it at all.
