My first Sanctuary Structure and probably the only structure, which I have actually used that I will share here. This is because I like to make underground structures and they just look like boxes from the outside. I designed it with a landing pad, public hatch to allow people into what I imagined would be a store when I build it and a private elevator to allow me quick access to the interior, that is locked away from the public. Inside I have a few decorations, separate shower and toilet and one bedroom. Also have below that, what is now a store room but did start out as a factory room. Technically the images are showing the top of a Large static core but I liked the roof so much I recreated it (transferred it) to the large core when I swapped out the XS core (and S core I was using as a factory under, Under Snowy). So basically the reason I am sharing this is the landing pad on top and windows peaking out over the ground surface. Note Snowy is what I called my sanctuary tile because it has some snow in some places. I picked the tile because I wanted to see what the map was showing. It turned out the map was accurately depicting the snowy areas.

Tiny Warp Cell Fuel Factory (TWCFF) Need warp cells? Or maybe just some fuel? Setup this easy to use warp cell, atmo fuel, and space fuel factory. With base skills it will produce ~74 warp cells a day and at 3's it will produce ~90 warp cells per day. Perfect to keep your warp shuttles fueled! To change how much gets produced merely click the up and down arrows on the screen. Fuels go up/down in increments of 1000, and warp cells in increments of 25. You will find everything you need in one container hub. Feed the ores and schematics there (make sure to mark it as the schematics container) and the output of fuel and warp cells will be found there too. I like to keep it organized (see picture) to make it look very nice as well. Unlike the Tiny Factory, the TWCFF does not require a constant presence! This factory works just like any other industry. When you deploy this factory and start the board up front that controls the screen, it will auto configure all of the industries for you so you won't need to go in and figure out what maintains you need to set each industry at. Very convenient! Only thing you will need to do is add 3L of Catalyst 3, included with the blueprint, to a container hub under the info button in the "server room". The server room contains the programming boards that will setup your industries for the first time. You will rarely need to go in there. Here it is! The Kombat Extendable Mining Rig, Landing and Launch Pad system. Build with the custom, patented landing deck. This one does not use fussy zero-G technology but relies instead on trusty steel and concrete to keep everything upright. On deployment you can chose your own building material honeycombs (Primary, Contrast, Metal and Lumi). Comes in four flavours with each it's own distinct role: Barrier - (Bp: 0.9M Token: 2.7M) The basic variant is used as a simple but elegant landing platform that allows any M-core or smaller ship to land safely on it. Guided by landing lights and having a nice elevator down to the ground. Corsar* - (Bp: 1.8M Token: 3.6M) This one comes with a hole in the top! But in that hole fits a Medusa Y-Lift capable of lifting around 600tons on Alioth and up to 2Kt on places like Madis without talents. It comes with a nice ramp that allows you to walk up right to the Elevator seat. Kombat - (Bp: 1.8M Token: 3.9M) Ah, the trusty workhorse of the lot. Why not have you landing pad AND do three tile mining all from the same spot? Comes with 3x basic and 1x uncommon mining units but can be extended or swapped out to any configuration. Comes with all the luxuries of both the Barrier and the Corsar but also spots an Large Container to hold all your ore. Can be deployed to service 1, 2 or 3 adjacent tiles from one location. Stugna* (Bp: 2.4M Token: 4.9M) The big boss. Why not combine EVERYTHING? Have a decent landing pad, a launch pad for your elevator AND have access to three mining rigs all at the same time? Place one of these in the middle of a super-flower, add a few containers and do your weekly mining run with your pocket-speeder, dumping all ores straight into the elevator storage, ready for lift-off. Why spend any more time on dusty rocks while you could be sipping a Pan-Galactic Gargle-Blaster back at home and let the Kombat Rig do it's work? * Comes without the Medusae S-Core Elevator that fits the exact dimension. Can be bought separately (Bp: 17M Token: 24.5M). In order to dock in space we highly recommend the Bogdan Space Dock L-core landing (Bp: 3.8M Token: 15.8M). This doubles as an L-core space landing pad and space station. As nice as pictures are, a visit is worth more than 1000 of them. The newest addition to Terran empires buildings. This is the mining plattform Terran Excavator (TE), that are adressed to the new players. But yet at the same time to the experianced player, who can use it for higher tiers of ore due to the low cost. There are room for two (2) Mining units. and a capacaty of mining storage of 48 KL (With talents), in 4 small containers on the roof. There are also room for two (2) small parcel containers outside, if needed to use the mission system. And ofcourse there are even a resnode, vr station and vr pod installed. And there are still more room for you to add more storage. The "TE" is coming in five different tiers of MU´s. I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know! This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

MC Industries presents the Basic Platform S, a multi-purpose S core platform that is designed for low cost and maximal utility while presenting a heavy-duty industrial aesthetic reminiscent of offshore drilling platforms. The tall pillars upon which the platform rests allows for the most flexibility for placement on uneven terrain with minimal terraforming, that a small core would allow. Only tier1 materials are used, so it could be deployed quite soon after launch. It can easily be used as a remote mining platform. Six openings in the floor allow mining beams to penetrate and the raised platform allows plenty of room for ore to spawn beneath the mining units for easy collection. The interior features a display stand with space for two large transparent screens and shelves for placing container hubs, programming boards, detection zones and all the other elements needed to support mining and factory LUA applications. There is enough space for 10 Container L inside, plus the mining units and even a few industry units for ore or fuel refining. The roof of the structure can be used as a landing pad for small craft with a ladder providing access. If you don't want the mining unit holes in the floor, a simple copy-paste operation can be done to replace them with a floor segment that is solid. Though the photos show some elements placed, the blueprint is supplied without any elements. Just voxels. You can grow and expand the amenities like LUA and larger containers as Noveans manufacturing capabilities expand after launch. So if you want a mining or industry platform that is cheap to build but looks better than a flat piece of silicon honeycomb and can grow with your Novean talents, take a look at the Basic Platform S from MC Industries.
