The luxury style condo is designed to provide big open plan areas for hosting your friends and displaying your trophies, while still providing a large private apartment room above. There is a moderate size shelter area for a personal vehicle to be parked, allowing for off-street parking and mild protection against the weather, should the environment be a little rough. Built on the lowest of the constructs grid structure, this spacious condo provides ample opportunity for further expansion outwards & upwards, should the new owners wish to add on a 3rd floor or simply add another room over the sheltered parking. DIA is very pleased to introduce the 'Omnifactory', the one stop manufactury for all your element needs. The Omnifactory is able to produce any and every T1-T4 element in the game, to support those who seek a factory setup that is completely and easily adaptable to the trends of the market. Designed for diversity of production over outright capacity, the Omnifactory is the ultimate flexible manufacturing hub - whilst still allowing significant expansion of capacity if desired. It also incorporated DIAs custom written all-in-one LUA script for Industry, Storage and Schematics monitoring, viewable on a single screen and with touch control to switch between functions and scroll screen pages. Customise your screens with the multiple settings available. With designated landing pads on the roof (sized to be able to accommodate a mid-sized elevator from either SVEA or Hadron), significant additional space for more storage in the lower level and a blank canvas on the top level for creating your dream office, apartment, or just even more storage! This is the 'Simple' version, a lower cost entry into the Omnifactory with minimal industry elements required to deploy. This does mean expanding capacity is a little more involved than the up-coming 'Expanded' version, requiring each new industry machine to be linked to each component storage directly. However, the layout configuration and open structure allow this to be accomplished with minimal effort. BP dispenser is set up inside the Omnifactory for a extremely reasonable price of 25Mq ! VR either to the DIA Plaza or directly to DIA Omnifactory to view (but remember - don't buy in VR!)

welcome to the redlined showroom, this showroom is on a large static core you can visit in VR search loaded industries showroom, it has 2 very large showroom floor space 1st and 2nd floor to display your ships etc or can even use for just about anything you like,

This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.
