This is a basic spaceplane with: 1)Ability to carry 21kL (<100t I guess ) in Atmo, very useful for hauling missions. 2)Low sustention speed and good maneuverability 3)Good space autonomy (an hour at full thrust) 4)Bad atmospheric autonomy(relatively. Full thrust will give you 700 km/h and ~1SU of flight. Can be increased by increasing your height or lowering the speed) 5)Good brakes 6)Maneuver engines for parking (thrust forward and sideways). Those have a separate fuel tank, so if you run out of fuel, just land and pump out of here. Elements: Most of them are basic and can be crafted in your backpack (exceptions are: container hub, M atmo-engine, cockpit, ECU and some decorative materials like luminescent glass) HUD: I'm using Albatross custom HUD for it's simplicity and height managing options (useful for hauling... just hit Alt-3 and you can leave it flying forward at set height). She has a length of 1 medium core+1 small core thanks to placement strategy. She is thus longer than normal medium core ships which gives her a sleeker look. With her large deck size, she can easily carry multiple XS core vessels, or 2 S core vessels. Comes with a cosy and spacious interior, with plenty options to allow for a personal touch. The Wyvern Replica is an Homage to it‘s original. It‘s my most favourit ship in DU and was love on the first sight back in the day, so I rebuild it myself to learn how the nice voxelwork was done. Built to maximize performance out of a 500k build budget, These small scouts can be quickly assembled for new org mates, new players, or longtime vets looking for a nimble market runner. But just because the S12 is a starter doesn't mean it's slow or lacking in power and endurance! Basic engines push the Spincat to 1500km/h(after placement buffs and talents), and the ship has been built with easy-engine-swap voxel mounts making replacement with higher tier engines doable in under a minute! A Medium space fuel tank provides nearly 600,000km/h of delta V, easily taking this ship on several asteroid or interplanetary trips before refueling becomes necessary! It is fitted with full 3D maneuvering thrusters for operating from space platforms or low/zero G environs. The Spincat is also ready for external cargo loads! Due to using an S core, the Spincat can easily piggyback additional cargo, or xs core ships <500 tons. Armed with a single xs cannon, S12 Scouts can also serve as training platforms for new pilots to learn the fundamentals of gunnery.
