Patriot was built around a M shield however you can swap out for a S shield for speed under full combat load at 21G of thrust. Keeping the M shield will keep your max speed at around 16-17g of thrust depending on T4-5 skills. If cannons are not your thing you can do the same with the shield and opt to replace them with any other weapon of your choice. Here is a small craft that was, from the very begin, developed to be a training ship, for the role to raise understanding and skills of new gamers as pilots, as navigators, as gunners and as commanders. The craft features all types of seats: - hovercraft seat - navigator seat - gunner seat - commander seat And two eats of each of them - one for the trainee, one for the instructor. There are four standard encampment seats to allow more students to be part of the training and to wait for their turn midair. Each side has a big gate for easiest access for our little freshlings. :-) The small special craft is further equipped with a small gun and ammo box, atmo and space radar, several cargo containers and hub, atmospheric engines, space engines, and even a rocket engine, to allow to teach the full bandwidth. It lifts off at low speed, raises easily, can glide well, and also reaches space easily. The cabin is spacious, and most elements can be reached from inside the cabin - ideal to allow the student to see the links in between elements, and learn how to set links. Adjusters and retro rockets are mostly sunken into the hull to avoid overheating. The cockpit allows a good view, and the instructors sit in the seats behind and slightly above the seats for the trainees. There are two strong bottom space engines for vertical take off from space stations, they have their own fuel tank that should be kept empty during regular flights. My own org uses 5 of these ships at different locations for the training, and other orgs started to use this training ship, too.

If you need a small, cheap, easy to fly space hauler for runs outside of the safe zone that won't cause you major loss if you get shot down... this is it. The Ugly Armadillo was my own solution to this problem, and now I'm sharing it with you. Lightweight, well balanced, and very easy to fly. Do yourself a favor, stay out of the pipe... this is not a defensive craft... it is meant to be a sacrificial lamb in the event someone wanting what you have catches up with you!

Collect as many coins as specified in each level, at the loading screen, within the time limit. Once you have enough, the game background changes, and the Exit opens up. Gathering more coins than needed, grants extra quanta. Collecting 500 quanta worth of coins, grants an extra life (you start with 3). Coins and boulders roll off each other, and off walls. If they land on your head, you die. You can safely dig under a stationary boulder. Butterflies and Fireflies kill you on touch. Drop a boulder on them to kill them. Butterflies generate coins when they explode. Fireflies do not. Amoeba spreads like a virus through the level. It kills Butterflies and Fireflies, but it only blocks the player. If it grows too large, it will turn into boulders. Encasing the Amoeba using boulders, coins or the player so it can't grow, turns it into coins. The Magic Wall turns boulders into coins and vice versa. Activate it by dropping a boulder on it. It has a set time limit. CTRL+F9 hides your UI so it's easier to see the game. Type "kill" in the LUA chat if you get stuck. You can choose to start on any of the 20 levels, by typing "level <number>" in the LUA chat.

No one likes smelly, stinky pilots. Not even the flies around those. Space for two additional atmospheric engines if so desired. NOTE: Things have changed since the end of BETA. Honeycomb weights differ now. Our advise is, to replace Matte Lithium with Matte (Medium) Gray Plastic, and Glossy Lithium with Matte Dark Gray Plastic.
