Dual Universe Creators

My first Sanctuary Structure and probably the only structure, which I have actually used that I will share here. This is because I like to make underground structures and they just look like boxes from the outside. I designed it with a landing pad, public hatch to allow people into what I imagined would be a store when I build it and a private elevator to allow me quick access to the interior, that is locked away from the public. Inside I have a few decorations, separate shower and toilet and one bedroom. Also have below that, what is now a store room but did start out as a factory room. Technically the images are showing the top of a Large static core but I liked the roof so much I recreated it (transferred it) to the large core when I swapped out the XS core (and S core I was using as a factory under, Under Snowy). So basically the reason I am sharing this is the landing pad on top and windows peaking out over the ground surface. Note Snowy is what I called my sanctuary tile because it has some snow in some places. I picked the tile because I wanted to see what the map was showing. It turned out the map was accurately depicting the snowy areas.

This factory is perfect for starting a mega factory in space from scratch. All T1 setup is already in BP with all products and parts. THE MONOLITH During ground works for our base, we have unearthened a strange artifact of possible alien orign. None of our instruments was able to penetrate this object or to get any data. You can see it first-hand, when VRing to "Tropico". We decided, to make this artifact available to you all, in hope that your technologies can retrieve the deep secrets it bears within. INSTRUCTIONS The dispenseris on location, as part of the excavation site. There are two blueprints - one for the monolith (MON) and one for the excavation site (SIT). At your own location, find an area that is as flat as possible. If there are small elevations, the center of SIT should be at the lowest area. Sink it into the ground, but make sure that somewhere a little bit of the upper wall remains above ground. Look how it is done at our location. After it has been placed, use your digging tool (2) to create a small tunnel downwards, along a wall. Each wall contains 5 sections, one above each other. Stop the tunnel when you have reached the lowest of those 5 sections. Now use tool 5 to create a flat floor inside the four walls. Then remove the soil that is still above your head inside the walls, avoid removing soil outside the walls. Use now the Smooth Voxel tool along the walls to raise the floor unevenly along the wals, especially at the four corners. Do some landscaping to make the floor a bit uneven. Important: you must not see any of the steel honeycombs. Do not yet create the small "hill" in the center. Now place the MON slightly above the floor. Now create the small "hill" below it to hide the core. Finally, do some additional work on the surrounding area, to make it looking perfect. When you're done, post "My god, it's full of stars" in the general ingame chat! :-D HURRY, THERE ARE ONLY 10 BLUEPRINTS!

The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.
