Alt-4 to target .GearsRace and complete the race. My personal best is a little over 7m 35sec. Patriot was built around a M shield however you can swap out for a S shield for speed under full combat load at 21G of thrust. Keeping the M shield will keep your max speed at around 16-17g of thrust depending on T4-5 skills.
