So, no more calibration tiles means time to own some proper mining rigs. This should make it easier... Easy install, low cost honeycomb with a custom lua script displaying all the information you could need or want. The LUA script is also available standalone! Construct: As most mining rigs only require four units, the blueprint contains four Large and two Small allowing you to disable the Small units if required. You can also choose to replace these with large units if so required. Please note, if you do use four and remove the two S cores, edit lua parameters and enter in "25" (without quotes) to the "Gaps" field. I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. This platform was designed with early release in mind, so many of the bells and whistles have been stripped down to just the essentials. While this version does not have the multi-container monitoring screen, this version still comes with the mining unit monitor screen for keeping tabs on the mining unit status at ease. For even easier usage, attach a pressure plate and relay to the programing board and screen to turn on/off, which will reset the PB status and show updated stats. For an even cheaper deployment, change out the honeycomb for anything you may already have in stock!
