The Rouen V2 is a high performance S core warp shuttle from Stellar Forge. She's the perfect tool for exploring or collecting from those lower yield off world flowers. Equipped with inertia damping software she is agile, precise and powerful. Due to a decently small cross-section, in testing she made 1400kms in atmosphere without damaging components. The components are mainly advanced, with upgrades to Rare where warranted. Twin Rare Military Space engines ensures she gets to warp altitude quickly (a little under 8g of space thrust) and the 6 optimised containers means she can pack a decent load while doing so. In testing the Rouen was easily able to handle 500t of cargo and with a little care will easily take 1kt (Level 5 boosts and 4 Piloting skills). Fully fueled she will make the trip from Alioth to Teoma on 40 warp cells, with the warp cells stored separately to not impact your carrying capacity. She also has rockets for that little extra punch if required. Those not requiring rockets can either deploy the Rouen without them, or remove them later on. Alongside the class leading performance, the Rouen has a shuttle bay. This is sized to fit most common work platforms or smaller pocketable ships. Designed to rely solely on the AGG system to do its heavy lifting, this beast is for the hard-core solo miner/hauler or corporation sized mining/hauling operations. Key Features - 32 Large Containers split evenly over 4 Container Hubs. - Anti-Gravity Generator System. - Warp Drive. - Ability to float down to a soft landing when empty on its brakes alone. - Hybrid, able to get itself to space with ease from Alioth, tested to 1kT of cargo, but again the AGG is the real star of this ships hauling capacity. - Orbital Hud script pre-installed, the usual goodies from D.Mentia, Archaegeo and Co. Now comes with AGG support, no more touch screens just alt g to activate/deactivate then alt c/spacebar to set height and away you go. - Warp Drive Cell Calculator Map, detection pad activates when you enter the ship and updates your total weight to the Map, click on the touch screen where you want to go and it calculates the amount of Warp Cells needed. - Fuel Monitoring Script, detection pad activates when you enter the ship and updates your current on board fuel to a screen right at the door and in the bridge. - Extensive design of the interior and exterior to give the MkII more room to move and more style to fly with. - Can seat 25 people. This started out as a project when I was bored. I wanted to see what I could build with less than 10t of weight. This is the outcome. Max speed 50k. K.I.T.T. from Knight Rider, however mine is called Knight Industries Ten Thousand, as it can fly into space! Check it out @youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMiXeJ96emc I've always liked Knight Rider, so that was my inspiration for this build, it's built after an actual 3D model by using 3D hologram. This ship only serves as personal transport, originally i had xs container on it, but i took it off. You can remove space engines and space fuel tank and turn it into a pocket-rocket. I currently have rare military engines on it and it really flies! It can go from 0 to 500 in like 3 seconds, it's very agile and easy to control, it can do barrel rolls and death loops. if you're not bothered by the looks, you can very easily add more wings and/or engines on it, very easy to modify to fit your needs. you can easily replace hovers with vertical booster if you wanna use it only in space ..etc.
