It will take 1.5 kT without problems, and if you have decent piloting talents, its should also handle 2 kT. I've personally taken 2.25 kT of cargo into space without difficulty, with level 5 buffs and level 4 piloting talents. See stats on the last picture. The E1 Spirit for your consideration is an executive hauler for you and your friends in style. The cargo variant the c1 is still under construction.
