This is a modular showroom allowing you to make it your own - Each panel is available at the corners in the showroom so you can change up the outside as you see fit. There are 4 pads on the edges to show off 4 S/XS cores and plenty of space in the middle to show off an M core. This is the IC small core storage and industry building. There is enough room in the bottom for 6 10 stacks of large containers and some refiners or other industry. It includes 4 hub stations and screens and programming boards up to for easy inventory (Lua not included). It also includes a mesh floor for easy moving and linking of elements from the hub area.
