The balcony of the 2nd floor provides a great cover for several personal speeders, protecting against casual collisions and weather, should the environment be a little rough. Built on the lowest of the constructs grid structure, this spacious condo provides ample opportunity for further expansion upwards, should the new owners wish to add on a 3rd floor. This is the first construct I designed in beta. (Almost) free blueprint with No DRM. That means you can deploy one copy, then create your own core blueprint to make as many more as you require.
