Featuring two Storage zones (one above, one below ground), two large offices for Lua projects, entertaining guests or providing a dispenser store front, with two smaller offices for personal use, a loading bay for small haulers and 2 landing pads on the roof, capable of handling smaller M core ships. DIA is very pleased to introduce the 'Omnifactory', the one stop manufactury for all your element needs. The Omnifactory is able to produce any and every T1-T4 element in the game, to support those who seek a factory setup that is completely and easily adaptable to the trends of the market. Designed for diversity of production over outright capacity, the Omnifactory is the ultimate flexible manufacturing hub - whilst still allowing significant expansion of capacity if desired. It also incorporated DIAs custom written all-in-one LUA script for Industry, Storage and Schematics monitoring, viewable on a single screen and with touch control to switch between functions and scroll screen pages. Customise your screens with the multiple settings available. With designated landing pads on the roof (sized to be able to accommodate a mid-sized elevator from either SVEA or Hadron), significant additional space for more storage in the lower level and a blank canvas on the top level for creating your dream office, apartment, or just even more storage! This is the 'Simple' version, a lower cost entry into the Omnifactory with minimal industry elements required to deploy. This does mean expanding capacity is a little more involved than the up-coming 'Expanded' version, requiring each new industry machine to be linked to each component storage directly. However, the layout configuration and open structure allow this to be accomplished with minimal effort. BP dispenser is set up inside the Omnifactory for a extremely reasonable price of 25Mq ! VR either to the DIA Plaza or directly to DIA Omnifactory to view (but remember - don't buy in VR!)

A complimentary addition to the stalwart Logistics Centre, the Mining Outpost enjoys the same style and feel, while giving you the space and comfort needed to enjoy every aspect of your environment. Located on just a Static Core S, this spacious Mining Outpost can be equipped with up to 6 Mining Units and 4 Large Containers. The Outpost also has a casual office floor with VR Pad and Screen to help you quickly see your MUs progress, your storage capacity, and your calibration needs. All in the comfort of an armchair! The construct has been designed with variable land heights in mind, allowing you to sink the foundations down by 2-3 meters, to ensure a sleek and smooth access to the building, and preventing half of it 'floating' away.
