The Scissorswift Courier is a light personal transport made for speed and aesthetics. Built around a medium rocket, it can bust out some serious acceleration and speed for as long as your xeron lasts. It can carry a little bit of cargo if you need to pick up a few things from market(33kL). The 'Scout' version is a space-only patrol ship with 18-22g accel (space thrust - no rocket) and 48,000kmh max speed. With only a XS shield, a couple of S cannons, and a S stasis weapon, it's not going to be winning any fights. The DBI LASH-1 (Light Atmospheric Scanning Hauler) is an efficient scanning vessel for those players looking to get in to scanning. This Small Core ship comes equipped with a single Basic Container Large and enough power to move it when fully loaded. As an atmospheric ship, the LASH utilizes a very open and minimalistic design aesthetic, reminiscent of construction vehicles once used on Earth. Scan tiles, harvest surface ore to pass the time, and move along to the next scan site. Even if you don't find that T3 ore site, you won't be coming back empty handed! Even if you're not scanning, the single large container allows you to utilize the ship as a handy market runner or flower harvester! Modifying this ship to be space-friendly would be a piece of cake, given the extra room and open design. Viper MK2 McQuaid Security is proud to bring you the Viper, in cooperation with the designer Wadiss and WadiCorp. If you want to hop around quickly between mining units or dash to the store and back for a few items, without taking your large fuel-sucking ship, look no further! The Viper can take you anywhere planetside while having a non-boxy appearance. Just look at the screen shots and note the fine voxel detailing throughout! The ship is outfitted with: -1 container S to hold misc. odds and ends from the market. -overpowered brakes so you can float down to any destination easily. -rounded non-boxy styling from nose to engines. -and more! I loaded the container with 56t of pure iron, hematite and other ores and this ship has no troubles at all flying this, however, although the hovers lift plenty of weight, it can't lift full iron amounts of weight (I can lift about 50% of the Container S full of iron with the hovers). I took off on a straight, smooth surface with all that iron. Sustentation speed is very low (90kp/h!) to it's easy to putt-putt in the air for perfect aim in landing. I also have a compactable version with no container and a single fuel tank in a different dispenser at the same location. Getting my first creation out there. Tried to get close to the design from Serenity's Mule. Still trying to figure the nuances to ship building. Any and all pointers are most welcomed.
