The DBI LASH-1 (Light Atmospheric Scanning Hauler) is an efficient scanning vessel for those players looking to get in to scanning. This Small Core ship comes equipped with a single Basic Container Large and enough power to move it when fully loaded. As an atmospheric ship, the LASH utilizes a very open and minimalistic design aesthetic, reminiscent of construction vehicles once used on Earth. Scan tiles, harvest surface ore to pass the time, and move along to the next scan site. Even if you don't find that T3 ore site, you won't be coming back empty handed! Patriot was built around a M shield however you can swap out for a S shield for speed under full combat load at 21G of thrust. Keeping the M shield will keep your max speed at around 16-17g of thrust depending on T4-5 skills. If cannons are not your thing you can do the same with the shield and opt to replace them with any other weapon of your choice. For every wrong answer, you'll forfeit a lifeline, so be careful! The main stage of the game is broken up into 3 difficulties: Easy being questions 1 through 5, medium at question 6 through 10, and hard at question 11 through 15. It has a large, empty, decorative hangar space that can be filled with additional engines and cargo to increase its lifting capacity. So it can lift far more than the statistics indicate. The basic version can already deliver 1.8 kt into space by using the AGG. as there are still some details I would like to change and add, the purchase of the blueprint comes with lifetime support! It's the second ship I've ever built, so I'm happy to receive any kind of feedback :)
