Atmospheric hauler/courier. Great starter ship for missions, or hauling ore. Cheap/Easy to build. All honeycomb materials used can be made using nanocrafter. With zero pilot skills I have had this ship will take a full load of ore. (Around 100t). Fast with great manoeuvrability even while loaded. Can be upgraded for space flight. The Belovator is a lightweight shaftless space elevator that flies along a gravity line to transport your cargo and players into space. You can comfortably travel from the planet surface to a space station at the push of a button. Step on the Belovator, select the target floor, wait, dock - be there! Belovator XXS V: The "V" (as in Velocity) is our fastest player transporter yet. A lvl4 pilot can travel from the surface of alioth to 1su height in less than 2.5 minutes and also back down! It has the same tiny frame as our regular XXS, but even with one more S-engine for up and two S-engines instead of XS for down, the "V" is lighter. This is possible by allmost exclusively using carbon fiber and freight engines. If the variables "maxSpeedSpace" and "maxSpeedAtmo" are set to zero, a skilled pilot will reach max speeds of around 14,000km/h while travelling to 1su and back with over 7g thrust. - No container / player transport only - Advanced freight- and military-engines In the pictures you can see it compared to the regular XXS. The configuration of the elevator is done via Lua parameters and is limited to a few parameters to keep the complexity simple. Control of the elevator via touchscreen and/or HUD with very few buttons. I was so sick and tired of piloting my XS hybrid ship that I got from UEF store that I decided to finally build my own. I present to you all the Vesperion. A sleek and fast XS hybrid ship that was inspired from the Wipeout games that I used to play when I was younger. It goes around at around 1500km in atmosphere with a burnout at 2000km/h (with talents and full tank). Speed in space top 49 580 km/h. It was made to get rapidly to your destination at any given time. The ship come with Rare Military engines all around. When buying a token, you will have the choice of colors for your ship. The ship originally conceived by a former player of DU the "Whale Shark" is all space cargo power. The interior is left bare to allow for a personal touch to its owner. There is a placemnt for AGG and extra retro brakes and a sheild if desired. Color choices are your own given the new abilities to the BP. ***Release*** With release it is most likely this will be spawned with T1 engines. keep in mind the stats listed below were with T3 engines and average talents. With T1 and basic talents, 200tons cargo should be a good start, with max pilot talents you'll get closer to 500tons. Higher tier engines will then be required for more. ***BETA Version*** The latest evolution of the popular KXS ZETA hauler, now with a warp drive! Cargo capacity: with average piloting talents, 700-800 tons shall be safe (=~ 1 full container L of hematite). It can be pushed up to 1000 tons with maxed talents. Ship has two M container (= 1L) Lots of thoughts and calculations on engineering: adjustors positioning, hub on center of mass, etc. Ship will handle almost the same with or without cargo, with a very stable yaw. For optimization purpose, elements have been selected based on maxed talents. This means ship will get better as your piloting talents go up, and reach full potential at higher levels. The ZETA is powered by two large T3 military atmo and T2 maneuver space engines.
