The DIS10 is now over 3 years old and time for an upgrade. Now with new colors and fixed flight elements the DIS10 is now ready for service once more. This has been an amazing ship for me to use for months now and im happy to be sharing it with everyone. Due to the design its not a perfect flyer it does still roll a little when turning but overall its a great ship. Does fly better with a load. The other flight issues from late beta have been fixed. This is a basic spaceplane with: 1)Ability to carry 21kL (<100t I guess ) in Atmo, very useful for hauling missions. 2)Low sustention speed and good maneuverability 3)Good space autonomy (an hour at full thrust) 4)Bad atmospheric autonomy(relatively. Full thrust will give you 700 km/h and ~1SU of flight. Can be increased by increasing your height or lowering the speed) 5)Good brakes 6)Maneuver engines for parking (thrust forward and sideways). Those have a separate fuel tank, so if you run out of fuel, just land and pump out of here. Elements: Most of them are basic and can be crafted in your backpack (exceptions are: container hub, M atmo-engine, cockpit, ECU and some decorative materials like luminescent glass) HUD: I'm using Albatross custom HUD for it's simplicity and height managing options (useful for hauling... just hit Alt-3 and you can leave it flying forward at set height). Now on version 3 that includes all the VPT work that wasn't around when I first made it. The Spindler was my second ship that I made and my first to see space. Many moons later I've completely redesigned it with better, prettier voxel work, upgraded engines and really better stats all the way around. While my first space faring ship worked, this one will help you make that transition to space so much easier and with much better style than I had.
