The Mongoose is an M core Rail boat. It has a warp drive to help get around the system, making it a great patrol boat. Near exact replica of the hull of a USNC Frigate Paris Class. Fully decorated interior (6 decks, 4 large store rooms, 5 smaller store rooms, hallways, additional space available to make crew accommodation (outside hallways in decks C-B). PVE edition but easily convertible to PVP ship: - Hollow space between outer hull and interior hallways/rooms allows armoring up with honeycomb where it's desired. - 4 gun predefined gun slots on front-top of ship (above the drop pod bays). This is a tiny VTOL, that makes the needed connection between your anti-grav ship and the surface, if you have items in your inventory. With its small size it can park on top of almost any ship, or finds a small niche inside a ship's hangar bay. Just fly maybe 1,000m or more above the target ship, and then slowly sink down while you position. It can manage Alioth with its 1G of gravity. Other specs: compactable, plenty illumination to see in the dark, excellent wing lift and gliding, lifting at low speed, separate fuel tanks for vertical and horizontal engines to save fuel when no VTOL is required, ability to move backwards to easy parking and navigation on densely occupied market platforms such as the evil Alioth Market 6, or inside small hangar bays.
