The balcony at the back of the 2nd floor provides a great opportunity for spectacular views, while on the ground floor, a dirt bed in front of the large windows provides a natural touch. Built on the middle of the construction grid allows for the owners to expand downwards to provide several basement levels. Medium core variant of the Deluxe pads at the store location they use the same type of voxels the ones that where built where in a different color to show the flexability of the pads as far as matching whatever you want to use them for. This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.
