The DBI LASH-1 (Light Atmospheric Scanning Hauler) is an efficient scanning vessel for those players looking to get in to scanning. This Small Core ship comes equipped with a single Basic Container Large and enough power to move it when fully loaded. As an atmospheric ship, the LASH utilizes a very open and minimalistic design aesthetic, reminiscent of construction vehicles once used on Earth. Scan tiles, harvest surface ore to pass the time, and move along to the next scan site. Even if you don't find that T3 ore site, you won't be coming back empty handed! Even if you're not scanning, the single large container allows you to utilize the ship as a handy market runner or flower harvester! Modifying this ship to be space-friendly would be a piece of cake, given the extra room and open design. It may not look pretty, but it get's your stuff done, and with grace you won't expect from this brute. It can haul up and over 2 kilotons of your stuff up to space from Alioth with a bit of a seasoned pilot, all in a neatly packed optimised XL container. It uses 8 large atmos engines to do that, I personally love the advanced maneuver versions but you could get more done with different if you prefer. It has enough brakes to safely land with your stuff but some caution is advised because it is not meant to bob up and down on it's boosters with 600 KL of hematite weighing down in it's belly. For your convenience it is equipped with a warp core, a resurrection node and a VR pod for when you feel a bit bored. Sweet bumper sticker. No toilet. Careful when flying empty, at full thrust it will incinerate itself into a crisp right after the engines warm up (2 seconds). To prevent accidental deaths and warranty returns, the ship comes equipped with Arch Hud and set to a max atmos speed of 1200 km/s. I builded the "Lady Morbit" to run the 1.8kt / 400kl Mission´s plus one 437t / 125kl Mission Solo. It almost goes 32 000km/h in Space empty. It is equiped with a small shield and basic componens to keep rebuilding cost´s low i case it is geting destroyed by Pirates. Stats are boosted between skill lvl´s from 4 - 5 so there is a little more to get out of it. If you buy a copy a boosting Service is included. Most skills are lvl 5. It has got also plenty of room for a Warpdrive, more Container´s etc. There is nothing packed together there for you could easily switch engines if you feel like you need something else. I have 2 different versions, one is original and purely for art, while V3 is performance build, it has more wings and 2x S engines instead of 6x xs. pilot + passenger seat 450-800km/h at sea level (depending on talents) V3 has very good handling and agility, while original art version doesn't fly well. Also you can't pocket the original version, because it has 6x engines. You will get both versions with one purchase.
