Characteristics : The YT-2000 transport is a space cargo model built around an S size core. Unlike civilian freighters, this one has a shield and laser weapons. It has a transport tonnage of 120 kL. The YT-2000 transport has 14 M-sized maneuver engines that allow it to reach its maximum acceleration of 12G in seconds. It can be piloted either by a single man or in a duet with a pilot and a gunner. Role: The YT-2000 is an admirable space freighter for its extensive cargo capacity, strong defensive systems, incredible maneuverability and extensive modification possibilities. The Dragonfly is the result of my first 3 days into Dual Universe. She was designed to lift me off of Haven and to Alioth. Boy, had I known there was rent to be paid, I might have stayed a bit longer. Anyways, the Dragonfly is a reliable and practical ship, biggest I could make her with XS size. She is a hybrid, easily gets you to space and does the Haven-Alioth back and forth trip multiple times before running out of juice. The Dragonfly also comes with a small interior and can be Upped with additional cargo whenever necessary. She is built smart, with maximum maneuverability and ideal weight distribution in mind. And on top of all that, she is pretty. You should be able to build her without the need to purchase anything with an assembly line M and by disassembling the pilot outpost starter base. Ikarus Industries presents the medium core Minotaur. The Minotaur is equipped with 8 large basic atmo and 8 large uncommon military space engines. Has downward and strafe space thrust to help land on asteroids and space stations. There is a total of 2 large containers on a hub. Comes with fully developed interior which includes four bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Coffee maker, vending machine, common area and bridge. Tested with 1.2kt and was able to leave Alioth with Tier 4 put downs and pilot skill. Could probably do a little bit more. All stats are with tier 4 put downs with tier 5 atmo engine put down. DERP is back! Here is my result and also my first experiences with the new voxel tool. The MPUV is a small courier that also has 4 XS containers on board. It is only built for the atmosphere but can also be used in space, but then you can't really take much with you. I built it because of the syle, not because of the use. The MPUV is the first DERP ship of the finished game. And many more will follow. It will be sold only as a blueprint.
