With T1 and basic talents, 200tons cargo should be a good start, with max pilot talents you'll get closer to 500tons. During beta while watching 'Spaceballs' I speed-built a low cost M-core tribute ship - this was that ship. The discovery has been my daily driver since beta, it's never let me down. This ship can easily take twenty kilotons out of Alioth's atmosphere. It has twelve large containers and two mediums. The Discovery is an M Core and can haul several smaller ships on her deck. You could put extra containers on the deck as well or just using it as a working platform. This particular ship is the hauler version they're all so is a courier version available. 25 million for the blueprint I think is fair for everything this ship can accomplish.

It is a freighter for transport missions. Not suitable for combat. In the ship, the ratio of weight and speed was kept so that you can fly the missions quickly. The blueprint is DRM-free.
