It has a large, empty, decorative hangar space that can be filled with additional engines and cargo to increase its lifting capacity. So it can lift far more than the statistics indicate. The basic version can already deliver 1.8 kt into space by using the AGG. as there are still some details I would like to change and add, the purchase of the blueprint comes with lifetime support! It's the second ship I've ever built, so I'm happy to receive any kind of feedback :)

The last word in space elevators. The Caterpillar XL is by far the most proven and validated elevator platform in DU. Tested by the entire DU community through two years of beta. Light hybrid ship on M core, blueprint comes with 8 atmo L (T3 military) and 2 space XL (T2 maneuver). In atmo, it can carry 2-3kt (depending on handling and pilot talents) out of 1g using conventionnal ways, and much more using AGG (especially if only going to 1000m) Storage is 10 container L on a single hub, with extra room inside for either 3 scanners (and markings for ship positioning when tri-scanning) or DSAT or 10 more container L In space, or using AGG, max weight is virtually whatever you can fit in containers, ie tested up to 8kt (cargo full of hematite): its a bit slow but definitely doable. Presenting the first ship I feel okay selling...the ELXR Manta S! A sleek, fashionable, little S-core warp shuttle/transport. Uses 6-7 cells to Madis and Thades, this ship takes inspiration from the majestic Manta Ray and other stingrays of the oceans on our original home - Earth. I will be selling ships I've made along my journey of learning more and more voxelmancy, this one utilizes some nice smooth lines that I learned from an org member.
