During beta while watching 'Spaceballs' I speed-built a low cost M-core tribute ship - this was that ship. A mini-bachelor pad/arcade this very handy craft is well-built for efficient UTILITY as well as FUN. HAULER- Main cargo is two basic L containers. Dagda has been a name I have assigned to my workhorse class of ships. This ship, for its size, is lightweight with the primary shell consisting of Carbon Fiber, with a small amount of Aluminium and Glass Light Voxels. The canopy windshield affords spectacular views of space as you travel and the command compartment is roomy and uncluttered with moderate lighting. The ship is equipped with an Advanced Medium Shield Generator, and has four large cargo containers and one small cargo container attached to a HUB. The HUB is centrally placed in the engineering section to offer a balanced load to the vessel, while the smaller of the five containers is accessible from the command area for access to cargo. There is sufficient space in the aft engineering section of the ship to add an AGG complete with pulsor units as well as a warp drive or extra cargo containers for additional storage volume. The top deck sports enough space to land 2-3 smaller vessels to act as a carrier and even has a secured elevator preventing undesired access to the ship. Seating is arranged for 5 persons, and the ship has a Rez Node, 2 VR Booths for personnel that would like to do missions or visit others during the long space voyage to other planets. There is also an inbound VR Pod so that you can allow your friends to come along without them feeling like they can't leave the ship without having to hitch a ride back. ;-)~ All doors and hatches are controlled through multiple buttons which are always accessible from the main command chair, and there are several screens and programming boards that you can program with your favorite ships tools or applications.

I didn't want static limitations for my next creation: the infamous cantina from Star Wars: Episode 4. I'd make a mobile version, and remembered the various mentions of 'Swoop Racing' from the years of playing games, reading extra lore, etc. After looking over nearly every frame of the cantina ever shown on film, every available blueprint online, former cantinas designed in all popular SW games, and the entire PDF for Lego's step-by-step instructions - I felt prepared to bring the iconic location to life. All in all took about a month of casual playing to build/finalize. You can come enjoy 'Lightwells Mos Eisley Cantina' in VR anytime, (Or pick up a copy of your very own!) it and many other builds at LSA INDUSTRIES have been made for the enjoyment of the DU community, Cheers everyone! *Images show the 'bury test' from beta - one consideration people may want to remember is that the unique advantage of DU's terrain allows for realistic application of sand or whatever over top of the build, especially the dynamic version shown in the test- you can effectively bury the flying version, and hollow out a small entrance for the garage. Just one more option for those who may want to dig it out and fly it again in the future.

The ship is outfitted with: -1 container S to hold misc. odds and ends from the market. -overpowered brakes so you can float down to any destination easily. -rounded non-boxy styling from nose to engines. -and more! I loaded the container with 56t of pure iron, hematite and other ores and this ship has no troubles at all flying this, however, although the hovers lift plenty of weight, it can't lift full iron amounts of weight (I can lift about 50% of the Container S full of iron with the hovers). I took off on a straight, smooth surface with all that iron. Sustentation speed is very low (90kp/h!) to it's easy to putt-putt in the air for perfect aim in landing. I also have a compactable version with no container and a single fuel tank in a different dispenser at the same location. I am pleased with this ship design, which I called Elemental because I designed it to carry ore (elements) back when underground mining was done on planets. I have kept updating it as game updates so it is fully functional to date though the Adjustors need a little tweaking still since there is a small error in placement after one of the updates to item mass. Considering my 'Voxelmancy' is not as good as it could be I am really happy with how this ship looks. The ship is a small Core 1G hauler designed to carry just over 1KT of cargo (about 2.73 KT of weight including its own weight). I have stress tested the landings with about 1.22 KT of cargo but the landings gets a little bit more like a fall towards the atmosphere / space boundary at around this weight. If a lighter materials was used to build the ship then this could probably increase this carry weight a little (the ship is made of solid silver). The ship also has a Rocket engines to give the ship a bit of a kick into space if you slightly overload the cargo capacity or if you choose an angle that is too step to reach space with normal engines. They do have to be used close to the space / atmosphere boundary since the ship has 1 medium Rocket Fuel tank. The ship also features four downward facing atmospheric engines to provide more lift during landing when the ship is excessively overloaded in a 1G environment and coming in for a landing at slow speeds. LUA is required to allow them to be turned off and on to avoid wasting fuel all the time, though I have given these engines their own fuel tanks to avoid stealing fuel from the normal engines. I have engines facing in all directions for space flight with the majority pointing down wards and backwards, the remaining engines really being intended for manoeuvring. The Atmospheric engines point in every direction except pointing downwards since you have gravity to help you out with that direction. The values of Space and atmospheric thrust for this ship are the forward thrust values and not the total thrust values for all directions. I use a small amount of LUA on this ship since making my own interface is on my list of things to do in Dual Universe, currently I only use it for engine controls, to set the desired altitude and extend / retract the landing gear. Max Atmospheric speed is just 20,000 KM/H in space and 1000 KM/H in atmosphere before you start burning up. Lastly it is of made of solid glossy Silver, because when they released element resistances. Silver was the best basic material with resistance to weight ratio, without having to consider making an alloy. To be honest I actually quite like how it looks so I have been built all my ships out of this material.
