The Building is mostly made out of carbon honeycomb(matte and glossy) and only some decorational elements like lights and windows. You can supply materials and i supply BP and deployment and you just pay me $6mil or i supply everything and you pay $12 mil. The price includes x3) Basic Containers L per section (x9 total).
