When you enter the cockpit simply press "Shift 1" and the forcefields will lower and the shuttle bay lights will turn on. The forcefields and lights will close/turn off 10 seconds later. When flying back to the ship simply dock while in flight Alt+T and then "Shift 2" and the forcefields will again turn off and the shuttle bay lights will turn on. These will stay open/on. After landing inside the ship as you walk into the main body of the ship you will trip a laser and this will trigger the forcefields to turn on and shuttle bay lights to turn off. Very Small S Core Single L Container Hauler The Ugly Armadillo is _almost_ small enough to be an XS unit but didn't _quite_ fit. If you need a small, cheap, easy to fly space hauler for runs outside of the safe zone that won't cause you major loss if you get shot down... this is it. The Ugly Armadillo was my own solution to this problem, and now I'm sharing it with you. Lightweight, well balanced, and very easy to fly. Do yourself a favor, stay out of the pipe... this is not a defensive craft... it is meant to be a sacrificial lamb in the event someone wanting what you have catches up with you!

Unburdened by the useless mass of atmo elements, it has a solid ~7g of space thrust and a max speed of about 39,000kmh, which lets it race to asteroids quickly to beat the competition. It comes with only two M containers inside, but there are eight racks on the exterior to attach extra containers - giving it a storage volume of up to 1.7ML. These racks are also a good place to attach other elements, such as a shield. The DSAT is built into the BP, but it's easy to remove and reinsert at will with an indicator for precise placement. There's also a slot for a warp drive at the tail of the ship, but it's optional. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES: • The Beltalowda comes with a DRM-free BP of a XS space station so that you can have a place to park the ship when not in use. You'll need another atmo-capable ship to haul the ore down to dirt. • For obvious reasons, don't spawn the Beltalowda in atmosphere. First place a XS space platform or two, then spawn the ship. The platform is DRM free, so you can make a core BP of it after spawning to make more of them. • If you want to convert the Beltalowda into a regular hauler, just remove the DSAT and replace it with 6 L containers, for a total of up to 14 L containers(2.7ML). Recommended max cargo mass is 2000t to keep the thrust above 1g. Listed stats are with level 4 technician/piloting talents and basic elements.

The M10 Maintenance Module is designed to pair with the R10 Reliant, but can easily serve on any S core+ ship to add modular repair/salvage capability on the go!
