Originally designed in Alpha 1, this stalwart Logistics Centre is a great benefit to most serious solo players, and small to medium Organisations. Boasting a whopping 201 Large Containers, managed over 68 Hubs to provide 576kl each at Basic level, this Logistics Centre can really help ensure you keep organised and well stocked! Featuring two Storage zones (one above, one below ground), two large offices for Lua projects, entertaining guests or providing a dispenser store front, with two smaller offices for personal use, a loading bay for small haulers and 2 landing pads on the roof, capable of handling smaller M core ships. This mining factory is suitable for 8 Mining Units and 2 M Size Container or 1 L Container for Ore Storage. Build on cheap rescources it can be almost hand-crafted in your Nanocrafter. The blueprint do not contain any Mining Units or Containers. Feel free to place yourself. Get your blueprint at the dispenser. If you want to have the honeycomb and elements too, have a look on the second dispenser. You can also write me an message if blueprint is not available at the dispenser

The balcony at the back of the 2nd floor provides a great opportunity for spectacular views, while on the ground floor, a dirt bed in front of the large windows provides a natural touch. Built on the middle of the construction grid allows for the owners to expand downwards to provide several basement levels. With plenty of ground space around the condo, several personal speeders can be parked nearby and/or develop more landscaping for natural views and enjoyments. Deluxe pads in space on a Large core took a min but its now done the current configuration is red lum glass and black carbon fiber witch is totally epic looking! These 2 colors can be easily swapped when placing to your choice of colors. ( if you see orange steel and lum glass also switch kept trying to find and couldnt) Available at admi temporary store until i finish the official admi store thanks !

After new management took over servants were evicted and the housing upgraded to include luxury amenities, staff now commute to work from the mainland. This house includes a new custom art piece that is AI Generated through the use of variables and prompts. Furnishings also include Art Deco pieces from old Earth, that are limited to the most affluent of clients. (Tokens will not be made available)
