The "Carl Sagan" class of organically shaped ships that provide cargo and VIP personnel logistics. The ship is versatile. It has a cockpit that can be customized, then there is the passenger area that contains in its current configuration seats for up to 12 VIPs, and then there is its cargo bay which can be configured to hold one or more of the following customer-provided elements: - containers - seats - additional engines - warp drive - scanner - radar This ship, in its original configuration, is a LIGHT-built - mostly lithium, some sodium, small amounts of plastic, but also precious woods. The ship has the ability of uncontrolled soft landing. When having reached sufficient height and minimum speed, the pilot could leave the cockpit and she will glide towards the ground and has a smooth touch-down, provided that there are no obstacles in her way (artificial structures, steep cliffs ). She uses XS landing gear to allow easy access. Strong lights provide good sight when landing in the dark. She's at home on hovers, in the air, and in space. The ship is sold as token, and the sales are limited to a total of 10 ships only to keep her rare. The price is 9 million, but if the buyer provides all materials and elements, the price will be reduced to 7.5 million - a discount of more than 10% and well above the worth of all used elements and materials. The Anisoptera v4 X2 (internal code name: "Gliese") is the latest version of this famous dragonfly-alike designer speedboat and completes the evolution towards a fully space-capable speedboat. The original designs called for a fast boat that could fit many different types of ship hangars, thus the resulting concept was that of a very slender ship hull. That in return resulted in a low drag amount and therefore high possible speeds if powered adequatly. Overheating starts at 1,800 km/h, first damage at around 2,300 km/h inside atmosphere. Imperial Asteroid Miner RAAM - - - Officially declared as native imperial design, in dirty taverns and other dark corners of the outer worlds of the Empire it is said that in reality the RAAM is in reality the product of a very questionable co-operation between the engineers of the Empire and some strong forces among the galactic scum, or to be exact, with a certain Bobba Fett - an infamous bounty hunter and contract killer. That would explain some of the details of the ship's design. Her two L-size containers can load plenty of space fuel for the asteroid tracking, and she also has two L-size space fuel tanks. Once an asteroid has been found in safe space, those two containers allow for a long, effective mining. From the space station where she unloaded her cargo, she can also venture into the atmosphere of planets up to 1G. Her inertia is surprisingly well balanced. She features a small compartment at her back from where the hardy space miners can start the tunnel digging. There is an own room for the captain, one for the first officer, and there are seating possibilities for up to 6 more miners. Fully Loaded Alioth - Jago: 10 WCs only! - - - WARP TUBE A stylish, well-designed warp shuttle that holds two XS containers. Everything has been optimized and reduced to minimum to save on weight and thus on warp cell consumption. The hovers function also as low-consumption propulsion that can be used for low distances, and provide above 160 km/h without usage of any regular engine. The Warp Tube also features two diagonal rocket engines (800 L) that help to avert any crashes due to inexperience by giving lift and forward speed at the sme time, and also help lifting off from space platforms. Strong lights illuminate dark areas where you try to land. Last but surely not least, the boat is packed with brakes to such extend, that - to give an example - landing from orbit on Jago's surface does not require any engine thrust! With other words, as part of the weight reduction the fuel consumption has been minimized, too. That leaves more space for cargo. The Nephilym is the "little brother" to the Infinity Corporation Behemoth hauler. Armed with 8 medium railguns, and 1-3 meters of steel armor, you can safely transport up to 5000 tones from the ground to space. Large Rockets will get you to AGG minimum height on Alioth with up to 5000 tones. This ship makes a great Missions runner! The Rouen V2 is a high performance S core warp shuttle from Stellar Forge. She's the perfect tool for exploring or collecting from those lower yield off world flowers. Equipped with inertia damping software she is agile, precise and powerful. Due to a decently small cross-section, in testing she made 1400kms in atmosphere without damaging components. The components are mainly advanced, with upgrades to Rare where warranted. Twin Rare Military Space engines ensures she gets to warp altitude quickly (a little under 8g of space thrust) and the 6 optimised containers means she can pack a decent load while doing so. In testing the Rouen was easily able to handle 500t of cargo and with a little care will easily take 1kt (Level 5 boosts and 4 Piloting skills). Fully fueled she will make the trip from Alioth to Teoma on 40 warp cells, with the warp cells stored separately to not impact your carrying capacity. She also has rockets for that little extra punch if required. Those not requiring rockets can either deploy the Rouen without them, or remove them later on. Alongside the class leading performance, the Rouen has a shuttle bay. This is sized to fit most common work platforms or smaller pocketable ships.
