This is a one large core showroom, one big open space with viewing balcony this was made from the panel showroom kit, has small enternace and large enterance and has a flat roof for easy parking, comes with detailed panel flooring and sign space to add lettering/logo, i havnt placed any glass panels in this building as i see no point as they are totally clear now, they lost there blue tint in last update, you can get complete honeycomb kit aswell at my location for easy hassle free deployment when placing its 1 click down if your stood on another cores voxel when you deploy the blueprint, no need to do the 1 click down if your standing on the ground and the small enterance is facing you when you deploy the blueprint any other questions please dm me on discord loaded#2378

My first Sanctuary Structure and probably the only structure, which I have actually used that I will share here. This is because I like to make underground structures and they just look like boxes from the outside. I designed it with a landing pad, public hatch to allow people into what I imagined would be a store when I build it and a private elevator to allow me quick access to the interior, that is locked away from the public. Inside I have a few decorations, separate shower and toilet and one bedroom. Also have below that, what is now a store room but did start out as a factory room. Technically the images are showing the top of a Large static core but I liked the roof so much I recreated it (transferred it) to the large core when I swapped out the XS core (and S core I was using as a factory under, Under Snowy). So basically the reason I am sharing this is the landing pad on top and windows peaking out over the ground surface. Note Snowy is what I called my sanctuary tile because it has some snow in some places. I picked the tile because I wanted to see what the map was showing. It turned out the map was accurately depicting the snowy areas.

The Building is mostly made out of carbon honeycomb(matte and glossy) and only some decorational elements like lights and windows. I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know! During beta I asked myself the question, what hadn't been made yet that people would love to see in the world of DU. After looking over nearly every frame of the cantina ever shown on film, every available blueprint online, former cantinas designed in all popular SW games, and even the entire PDF for Lego's step-by-step instructions - I felt prepared to bring the iconic location to life. All in all took about a month of casual playing to build/finalize.
