my little entry for the NQ Build Your Legacy contest, only started last week so not to long on the build but im happy how it turned out which is pretty hard putting detail together with the rules of no more than 700 meters of honeycomb, comes with lobby, office, living room, bedroom, bathroom and storage area for ship parts, ive always built large core buildings but ive enjoyed playing around constructing a building this size with compact rooms that have a true feeling of space for the size of our avatars, i will look forward to doing more on release :)

Modern, spacious and affordable accommodation. The wooden style condo is designed to provide plenty of open plan areas for showing off your decorations and trophies, while still being able to segregate areas for certain tasks. The balcony at the back of the 2nd floor provides a great opportunity for spectacular views, while on the ground floor, a dirt bed in front of the large windows provides a natural touch. Built on the middle of the construction grid allows for the owners to expand downwards to provide several basement levels. With plenty of ground space around the condo, several personal speeders can be parked nearby and/or develop more landscaping for natural views and enjoyments. A small core version of my outpost miner this one is the mini! is a small core design that has room for easy 10 large containers in building the bp only has 2 placed and only 1 basic L autominer placed. Has 6 slots total for the autominers in case you wish to add more later uses just 970m of voxels so easy to construct all aluminum so as to be easy to build and quick to place. the skirt around the edge is rather tall to help place it on uneven terrain and still look right. The Omnifactory is able to produce any and every T1-T4 element in the game, to support those who seek a factory setup that is completely and easily adaptable to the trends of the market. Designed for diversity of production over outright capacity, the Omnifactory is the ultimate flexible manufacturing hub - whilst still allowing significant expansion of capacity if desired. It also incorporated DIAs custom written all-in-one LUA script for Industry, Storage and Schematics monitoring, viewable on a single screen and with touch control to switch between functions and scroll screen pages. Customise your screens with the multiple settings available. With designated landing pads on the roof (sized to be able to accommodate a mid-sized elevator from either SVEA or Hadron), significant additional space for more storage in the lower level and a blank canvas on the top level for creating your dream office, apartment, or just even more storage! I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know!
