The Cysteria is a ( S ) core PvP brawler created by Firestorm. It was hand crafted before shields were introduced to the game and has room to add a shield. This ship was originally designed from the ground up for fleet vs fleet combat early in DU. She is invaluable in the field, providing damage soak, DPS support for your fleet and a great ship for collectors. LiftOff brings you an evolution of monstrous proportions, the Kong. Bringing the successful design of the Silverback up to an M core size has lead to some impressive features and improvements. Depending on pilot skills the Kong can handle 3kt of cargo off of Alioth. Also equipped with maneuvering thrusters for easy adjustments when landing at space stations. On top of that it has enough seating for 20 people and is warp capable for those group outings. The large top deck can also be used to dock small and extra small ships comfortably. Kong is also available in 3 upgraded models: *Upgraded models will be available at a later date* Kong Blitz - All atmo engines are swapped out for Advanced(Maneuver or Military) and 2 of the space XLs are swapped to Advanced Maneuvers while the other 2 are swapped to Advanced Military. Imperial Asteroid Miner RAAM - - - Officially declared as native imperial design, in dirty taverns and other dark corners of the outer worlds of the Empire it is said that in reality the RAAM is in reality the product of a very questionable co-operation between the engineers of the Empire and some strong forces among the galactic scum, or to be exact, with a certain Bobba Fett - an infamous bounty hunter and contract killer. That would explain some of the details of the ship's design. Her two L-size containers can load plenty of space fuel for the asteroid tracking, and she also has two L-size space fuel tanks. Once an asteroid has been found in safe space, those two containers allow for a long, effective mining. From the space station where she unloaded her cargo, she can also venture into the atmosphere of planets up to 1G. Her inertia is surprisingly well balanced. She features a small compartment at her back from where the hardy space miners can start the tunnel digging. There is an own room for the captain, one for the first officer, and there are seating possibilities for up to 6 more miners. The "Not-For-Hire" (some know this name from a great SciFi novel) is a great companion for small- and mid-scale mining operations, and for hauling if you got a lot to move but not as much that a huge, fuel-consuming super hauler would make sense. The colors of the ship are snow white and Martian red. Her modern cockpit has style and gives you an amazing view while you fly. Her strong downward and forward illumination makes you see where you land during dark nights. And her extremely good wing lift gets her airborn with as less as 150 km/h. Also excellent gliding capability for mean stingy captains who want to save on fuel. The ship allows access or exit from five of the six sides, allowing ops where speed is key. She has a forward-facing hangar that can carry various speedboats, mini haulers, or armed fighters. Alternatively, the hangar can be used as forward-facing weapon platform. Dedicated storage for hangar vehicles. Dedicated accessories storage and of course the main cargo containers for freight. She is not meant to cruise alone inside PVP zones, but she still has a shield generator. The strong landing lights can be switched on or off, and also all major light sources inside the ship can be switched on or off. And she offers seating and two "onboard cinemas" for up to 18 passengers, and two additional seats inside the cockpit for 2 VIP passengers. Inside the cockpit are also two commando seats for additional crew members. NOTE The original ship has 3 cores: an M core, and two XS cores. But those two XS cores are mainly experimental and have no real design or function value. The version with the waves on the hull is the latest version. The Grindylow, by Stormsteel, is a super efficient light hauler. With no piloting skills, this ship can get 500 tons off of Alioth. The Grindylow is extremely fuel efficient, and can run the Aileron Parts mission at least 10 times on a single fuel fill. The handling in atmo is top notch and the ship is capable of gliding on its wings with little to no thrust even with weight on board. The Grindylow comes with Albatross HUD installed on the seat, and Damage Report hooked up to the two screens on the bridge. Most elements of the ship are repairable from the inside. The Grindylow includes a Resurrection Node towards the back of the ship. Stormsteel Guarantee: All Stormsteel ships come with max boosts to all piloting elements. The Raider MK7 is an S core light transport with 10 S containers. it is designed as a personal craft with capacity to carry multiple alts or friends. It has enough cargo to carry basic needs while being made of light materials to allow for lower cost of operation and lower warp cost. Simply change the color of the lumi when deploying the blueprint to change the ship scheme to match your color choices.
