The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

You can adjust the number of containers you need by yourself. Just add or remove some. A complete fuel industry 'in-house' is present in the station. All containers and fuel are accessible through a Container Hub in the operating room downstairs. Don't worry, you don't have to walk. Elevators bring you up and down. At the bottom of the space station you find 4 small landing pads to accommodate a drop off point for your small planet surface haulers. Here it is! The Kombat Extendable Mining Rig, Landing and Launch Pad system. Build with the custom, patented landing deck. This one does not use fussy zero-G technology but relies instead on trusty steel and concrete to keep everything upright. On deployment you can chose your own building material honeycombs (Primary, Contrast, Metal and Lumi). Comes in four flavours with each it's own distinct role: Barrier - (Bp: 0.9M Token: 2.7M) The basic variant is used as a simple but elegant landing platform that allows any M-core or smaller ship to land safely on it. This is a vaguely Asian themed walled palace. The lower hallways of the wall are large enough to accommodate expanded XXL containers. Just push them into the floor a bit. The base is designed to be pushed into uneven terrain, but it would be trivial to add a floor and use it as a large basement. Deluxe pads in space on a Large core took a min but its now done the current configuration is red lum glass and black carbon fiber witch is totally epic looking! These 2 colors can be easily swapped when placing to your choice of colors. Large core easy to place landing pads very detailed and also very easy to change the colors! The style is setup for the steel and the lum glass to be swapped to different colors to create a color pattern for any area DRM is locked as this is how i fund my habits!
