This is the IC small core storage and industry building. There is enough room in the bottom for 6 10 stacks of large containers and some refiners or other industry. It includes 4 hub stations and screens and programming boards up to for easy inventory (Lua not included). It also includes a mesh floor for easy moving and linking of elements from the hub area.

After new management took over servants were evicted and the housing upgraded to include luxury amenities, staff now commute to work from the mainland. This house includes a new custom art piece that is AI Generated through the use of variables and prompts. A full functioning Fuel Factory. Just place raw Ores in the containers and add Shemas. And the factory sells the fuel how you adjust the dispensers.
