There comes a time when reasoned words of appeasement are no longer enough. A time when a good person must decide whether to keep taking the hits or to stand up to oppression.   When it is time to stand up, to choose freedom and prosperity, then they must be prepared to deal in malice and menace. To deal in violence.   This moment calls for them to pick up the tools of war, and to prepare for battle. Then it is a time for the Megalodon!   From the abyssal depths of Captain Miller’s mind arises this 120m long armored behemoth. It is an instrument of retribution. It has been created to let haulers, miners, and business people bite back at those who target them!   It screams in an ancient, prehistoric, voice “stop hitting me Devon!..,” (Captain Miller has never confirmed who Devon is!).   Born of political necessity when The Guild of Merchants and Haulers threatened to boycott delivery of ore and essential goods until their pilots were adequately protected.   When word of this reached the ears of a conglomerate of Helios's finest leaders, known as the Council of Business And System Traversal Advisors, Regulators, and Directors, they knew they had to act!   The Council quickly ruled out paying to establish a Helios Sector Police Force or restricting arms sales throughout the system – as both were deemed bad for business and potentially expensive! Instead,  the Council awarded a multi-billion Quanta contract to Captain’s Customs for the development of Hauler capable of fighting its own battles! Once he was done counting the suitcases of Quanta, Captain sequestered himself into his design office, stared at an aquarium in the corner for a week, jumped up, and screamed “Shark!”   What emerged from this process was a monstrosity – The Megalodon. With 7XL Expanded Containers and an M AGG, it is a hardcore hauler. This is my first Build after launch and i am very exited about this one. I builded it to get "light" Cargo moved from Planet to Planet. Without boosts or Piloting skills you can lift 750t into Space against 1g Gravity. Even more depending on how good you can boost it or how good your skills are. It goes up to 40 700km/h in Space. It has got 2 large Containers on it and room for 2 more. It is also very handy for sinle scanning tiles and picking up Ore while doing so. Since it is a "S" Core Ship, there is not enugh room for triple scanning. If you like something extra (Other Voxels etc) in your BP or Ship, let me know and i´ll see if i can make it happend for you. Boar VarHC Mk I

The "Boar VarHC Mk I" is a hybrid S Core Hauler for interplanetary flights. This version does not have any Vertical Booster. The Interior is kept simple, the containers and fuel tanks are all accessible at one place. It can lift ~500t off of Alioth, for unskilled pilots and with Basic Elements. With high skills and Elements it can lift off more than 1.8 kt. The ship contains: 2x Basic Container L 3x Basic Atmospheric Engines L 2x Space Engines L Atmo and Space Radar Surrogation Pod Resurrection Node You can look at the ship in the Surrogate VR "LUF Showroom".

I am pleased with this ship design, which I called Elemental because I designed it to carry ore (elements) back when underground mining was done on planets. I have kept updating it as game updates so it is fully functional to date though the Adjustors need a little tweaking still since there is a small error in placement after one of the updates to item mass. Considering my 'Voxelmancy' is not as good as it could be I am really happy with how this ship looks. The ship is a small Core 1G hauler designed to carry just over 1KT of cargo (about 2.73 KT of weight including its own weight). I have stress tested the landings with about 1.22 KT of cargo but the landings gets a little bit more like a fall towards the atmosphere / space boundary at around this weight. If a lighter materials was used to build the ship then this could probably increase this carry weight a little (the ship is made of solid silver). The ship also has a Rocket engines to give the ship a bit of a kick into space if you slightly overload the cargo capacity or if you choose an angle that is too step to reach space with normal engines. They do have to be used close to the space / atmosphere boundary since the ship has 1 medium Rocket Fuel tank. The ship also features four downward facing atmospheric engines to provide more lift during landing when the ship is excessively overloaded in a 1G environment and coming in for a landing at slow speeds. LUA is required to allow them to be turned off and on to avoid wasting fuel all the time, though I have given these engines their own fuel tanks to avoid stealing fuel from the normal engines. I have engines facing in all directions for space flight with the majority pointing down wards and backwards, the remaining engines really being intended for manoeuvring. The Atmospheric engines point in every direction except pointing downwards since you have gravity to help you out with that direction. The values of Space and atmospheric thrust for this ship are the forward thrust values and not the total thrust values for all directions. I use a small amount of LUA on this ship since making my own interface is on my list of things to do in Dual Universe, currently I only use it for engine controls, to set the desired altitude and extend / retract the landing gear. Max Atmospheric speed is just 20,000 KM/H in space and 1000 KM/H in atmosphere before you start burning up. Lastly it is of made of solid glossy Silver, because when they released element resistances. Silver was the best basic material with resistance to weight ratio, without having to consider making an alloy. To be honest I actually quite like how it looks so I have been built all my ships out of this material.
