Last few months I have been working on this Market Replica. It worked out pretty well. Just check it out in VR. The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

Update: Blueprints are now available! VR: Hover Pad - by SVEA for a demo and location. Need a place to land you can't miss? Try our brand new L-Core Landing pad! Comes with automated guiding lights luring you straight to the middle and in case of a power outage also has nice contrasting guide arrows and markers. The pad is build on four extra large hovers so no need to work with messy pillars or other anchors to keep it down. The pad was made from a modular kit I designed, so if you do not like the outline, I am sure we can come up with something that will work for you. (except VERY rude shapes). Can also be stitched and connected to any other platform, including M-Cores. I am more than glad to set them up with you where you need in any configuration. This is an easy to build mining station designed with cheap elements. This station have 6 large extractors linked with a large container to receive minerals. This station is build on a S static core for modular purpose. The blueprint can be find inside a dispenser on Alioth : ::pos{0,2,46.6090,96.4753,134.4049} The dispenser is on the rooftop.

This mining platform was designed to mine up to 4 ore types using L mining units. While the mining platform will default to one mining unit per T1 ore, this can easily be changed to mine different ore with upgraded mining units. To expand the number of mining units, just link to the additional units to the mining PB and to one of the containers. To modify the ore type, rename the container element and replace the ore with the new ores full name. Adding/modifying the mining units or containers will require the programing boards to be restarted. This is an early release version of the platform, so some of the items have been reduced or removed due to availability or cost. To further save on deployment cost, you can change the honeycomb type to fit your available ore type.
