This is a vaguely Asian themed walled palace. The lower hallways of the wall are large enough to accommodate expanded XXL containers. Just push them into the floor a bit. The base is designed to be pushed into uneven terrain, but it would be trivial to add a floor and use it as a large basement. A full functioning Fuel Factory. Just place raw Ores in the containers and add Shemas. And the factory sells the fuel how you adjust the dispensers.
