Just fly maybe 1,000m or more above the target ship, and then slowly sink down while you position. It can manage Alioth with its 1G of gravity. Other specs: compactable, plenty illumination to see in the dark, excellent wing lift and gliding, lifting at low speed, separate fuel tanks for vertical and horizontal engines to save fuel when no VTOL is required, ability to move backwards to easy parking and navigation on densely occupied market platforms such as the evil Alioth Market 6, or inside small hangar bays.

The Rifter is a very powerful combat frigate and can easily tackle the best frigates out there. It has gone through many radical design phases since its inauguration during the Minmatar Rebellion. The Rifter has a wide variety of offensive capabilities, making it an unpredictable and deadly adversary. Rifter is strong by its falloff bonus. It shows off in Solo PvP fight in ability to Scram Kite. In a fleet PvP, Rifter is ok for newbie pilots as can be fit for quite solid tank.

The ship is able to float pretty easily in upper atmosphere of Sanctuary and other planets should you desire. The ship to build probably is between 3-4.5 million with estimates as of writing this. As always, the ship will most likely work the best with max piloting talents - it might not even be able to reach space without them. Inventory and engine stats are a high priority to reduce mass. All elements of the ship are hidden so that there is access for repairs. The hull consists of only 3 types of honeycomb. There are six M containers on the ship. Which provides a very compact appearance. The lifting power consists only of Vertical Boosters, which guarantees the lifting of very heavy cargo for safe transportation around the planet.
