First of our mining series, the MS-800 is an atmospheric ship, powered by vertical maneuver engines and military for propulsion. Along with a small footprint and lasers, the VTOL makes it very easy to pilot and land or take off pretty much anywhere, even when ship is loaded.
L fuel tank, can fly for hours, literally.
Two container L to store that low mass ore. Depending on your talents, it can carry around 800tons from ground to 1000m+ altitude, straight up with the vtol (ie to get to your agg ship), or 1kt+ if just flying around the traditional way.
Several spots on top, front and below ship to dock xs cores such as mining wheelchair, res pod, container pod, etc.
Easy markings to place 3 scanners on top with minimal impact on ship piloting and turn it into a triscan ship while still being able to carry ore.

Really easy to fly and can haul ass even when fully loaded. Really impressive atmos hauler, actually don't know anything else this side of 20m that does as well! Get one if you do a lot of planetary mining runs, you won't be disappointed!
