This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

Modern, luxurious and affordable accommodation. The luxury style condo is designed to provide big open plan areas for hosting your friends and displaying your trophies, while still providing a large private apartment room above. There is a moderate size shelter area for a personal vehicle to be parked, allowing for off-street parking and mild protection against the weather, should the environment be a little rough. Built on the lowest of the constructs grid structure, this spacious condo provides ample opportunity for further expansion outwards & upwards, should the new owners wish to add on a 3rd floor or simply add another room over the sheltered parking. With big windows all around and luxury interior decoration, one can always enjoy spectacular views, while resting in comfort. Originally designed for The Wendence Bauxite Meganode on Feli by the now-defunct Cracker Barrel Org. Construction started 12478 and completed early 12482, it reached peak production in 12490. Decommissioned in 12501 and transported via VTOL to its current position at Satrion Corporation's Feli Restoration Plant. ::pos{0,5,10.4711,-153.5337,18431.2520} Surrogate VR - Perso The restoration of Perso has seen multiple setbacks. Lack of interest and funds to restore the mining relic has led Satrion Corp [RION] Board of Directors to fund simple upgrades, such as auto-mining units, fuel refining, and a converted second-floor executive lounge for ore production and repair parts. Other restorations include all new lights throughout, upgraded safety barriers for NQSHA compliance, as well as all-new gas-filled windows in all areas for a comfortable mining experience. "We believe the current upgrades will more than suffice for today's demanding mining needs." Said Armand Reed, CEO and head of product development at Satrion Corp. Both lower-level and rooftop cranes are non-functioning. Stairs from first-floor offices to the second-floor executive lounge have been removed, as well as stairs to rooftop access. Elevators have been retrofitted in these areas for more dynamic access to second-floor ore refining and rooftop storage. Ground level access to fuel refining with large amounts of Nitron storage. This mining platform was designed to mine up to 4 ore types using L mining units. While the mining platform will default to one mining unit per T1 ore, this can easily be changed to mine different ore with upgraded mining units. To expand the number of mining units, just link to the additional units to the mining PB and to one of the containers. To modify the ore type, rename the container element and replace the ore with the new ores full name. Adding/modifying the mining units or containers will require the programing boards to be restarted. This is an early release version of the platform, so some of the items have been reduced or removed due to availability or cost. To further save on deployment cost, you can change the honeycomb type to fit your available ore type.

This Large Warp Cell Factory will produse 1440 warp cells every 24 hours with no industry boosting talents It 5 time more in production then my M core warp cell factory I do not have this up for display. I built this for a customer that supplied the industry for me to build. I tore it down for him to pickup after i completed it. This factory is built in my L core Factory Shell. Has plenty of room to add more into this building as you desire. For future reference if you add more into this factory and decide to move your location, i will create you a bp of it under certain circumstances: i would need to see the factory before you tear it down as i will create the core bp at that time, then when you tear it down i will need to come back to the same location and see it no longer exist then i will make you a bp of it at the cost it takes to make the L core BP print. Tiny Warp Cell Fuel Factory (TWCFF) Need warp cells? Or maybe just some fuel? Setup this easy to use warp cell, atmo fuel, and space fuel factory. With base skills it will produce ~74 warp cells a day and at 3's it will produce ~90 warp cells per day. Perfect to keep your warp shuttles fueled! To change how much gets produced merely click the up and down arrows on the screen. Fuels go up/down in increments of 1000, and warp cells in increments of 25. You will find everything you need in one container hub. Feed the ores and schematics there (make sure to mark it as the schematics container) and the output of fuel and warp cells will be found there too. I like to keep it organized (see picture) to make it look very nice as well. Unlike the Tiny Factory, the TWCFF does not require a constant presence! This factory works just like any other industry. When you deploy this factory and start the board up front that controls the screen, it will auto configure all of the industries for you so you won't need to go in and figure out what maintains you need to set each industry at. Very convenient! Only thing you will need to do is add 3L of Catalyst 3, included with the blueprint, to a container hub under the info button in the "server room". The server room contains the programming boards that will setup your industries for the first time. You will rarely need to go in there.
