The ship originally conceived by a former player of DU the "Whale Shark" is all space cargo power. The interior is left bare to allow for a personal touch to its owner. All my designs will be available at The Third Verse server Introducing the Luminaris and Luminaris Pro upgraded version: The personal transport of the future. This XS core, ultra light orbiter was sculpted entirely using the VPT for maximum style. Designed with fuel economy and basic parts in mind, I set out to make a sleek, easy to acquire ship that everyone can enjoy post wipe. The Luminaris has 1 Medium and 2 Small Atmospheric engines with 4 Small Space engines and has a top speed of 49,000km/h+ in space. Feel the thrill as you drift around celestial bodies and stop on a dime when you reach the end of your intrepid journey. The ship wasn’t built for hauling although 6 Basic XS Containers on a hub are provided for light shopping and carrying around your data items, spare fuel and scrap. I hope you have as much fun flying the Luminaris as I had building the ship. Achieving the tiny form factor without compromising on the elements needed to retain its performance was, in some ways, more of a challenge than on the M core Stiletto I built. The Luminaris comes with Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). On top of that I have chosen to use the Container Monitor open source LUA by Krengus of ASTCO as this is a helpful script for checking weight, fuel and inventory at a glance. Saedow was not willing to accept the fact Chewie had abandoned this cursed Ente 4 project, so he went to see Chewie while he was working on the Ente 05 [which eventually became the Ente 06 and finally the Ente 07]. Saedow asked Chewie "would you mind if I revive it without your help? put an AESIR twist to the ship?" and Chewie replied "here is a drm free blueprint, do whatever you want with it". That was on the 3rd of April. Today, the 23rd of May, the ship is finally finished after 50 days of work and love. AESIR named it the Freyr Class. The Flying Dutchman would also have been an appropriate name... The "Rock Hauler" named specifically after it's purpose is an M-Class hauling Frigate. A staple in the Rock Raider's logistic fleet, this commonly seen craft is reliable, sturdy, and affordable. Most rock raiders believe you should fly the ship for the purpose you need. Thus this hauler makes no attempts to visually look like a sports car, but instead is true in aesthetic to its industrialistic function of moving heaving things from point A to point B. With such design approach the Rock Raiders felt it was unnecessary to create a pressurized cabin and instead created a life support system built into the seat to supply oxygen and regulate temperatures for the hauler pilot.
