Development Background: It was a cold November night at the annual Invictus exhibition when serendipity made the paths of the CEO of Serenity Shipyards cross with those of the main heads of Origin Jumpworks and Crusader Industries. Their company policies had calcified over time and drifted toward the same mistakes as the 21st century had witnessed; What once were pioneers of space ship development were now nothing more than shareholder pleasers. The Arcadia is the Battleship of Captain Harlock and his crew. This design is from 1982 film Arcadia of My Youth anime. The Battleship has withstand the test of time, being alive and still fighting after a hundred years The most common and iconic look of the battleship resembles a cross between an old-fashioned galleon and a World War II-era battleship, uniformly colored in a mossy, olivine, or deep military black. The back of the ship always appears to be made of a material resembling wood, and is in the shape of an ornate galleon stern and aftercastle, complete with gas lanterns and amber yellow lighting peering through its large windows. Penance is part 2 of my VTOL Series. It is a small core warper meant for carrying yourself and a few others to another planet as cheaply as possible.
